Nexconec high density fiber optic modular fixed frame is designed to provide housing for connections from an incoming preterm or trunks on the rear to patch cords on the front. The Open frame allows for quick and easy installation. It accepts up to 3 LGX Thru Adapter Plates, MTP/MPO Cassettes or Splice Cassettes.

Nexconec 3U LGX High Density frame allows to scale up to 14 LGX MTP/MPO and Splicing Modules or adapter plates for a total of 336FO in LC ports in a compact chassis. Multi-functional chassis which allow easy access during installation or re-work with no disturbance of the existing cables or fibers.

The Zero RU Bracket adds an additional patch panel location to free up extra space in the cabinet. The bracket installs vertically in the cabinet rail and creates a convenient point for distribution of patch cables within the vertical racking system. The Zero RU bracket accepts any Nexconec LGX modules and plates. The Bracket is supplied unloaded and the modules and plates are supplied separately.

The LGX cassettes are designed to easily plug into NEXCONEC LGX panels and chassis range. The cassettes eliminate the need for splicing reducing costs. The MPO and single ferrule connectors are available in Standard and Elite versions to cater customer’s power budget requirements.

NEXCONEC® LGX MPO transition cassettes are pre-terminated modules MPO-LC fanouts that are suitable for up to 100G applications to interconnect backbone with discrete connections. The LGX cassettes are designed to easily plug into NEXCONEC LGX 1U 3 slot chassis and each chassis can populate up to 72F. The cassettes eliminate the need for splicing reducing costs. The MPO and single ferrule connectors are available in Standard and Elite versions to cater to the customer’s power budget requirements.
For the 24 Fibers 100G to 10G version cassette can hold 1x(Base-24) MPO - 24F LC fanout.

NEXCONEC® LGX splicing modules allow users to fusion splice micro cables, loose-tube cables or ribbon cables to factory assembled pigtails. For up to 24 splices in LC configuration or 12 in SC. The splice clip is interchangeable allowing different splice protectors to be integrated such as heat-shrink, ribbon or sandwich (ANT) type.

Nexconec carries numerous LGX-style adapter plates to meet your fiber management connectivity requirements. The LGX adapter plates are made to fit all Nexconec LGX fiber management solutions, including rack mount and wall mount pigtail and splice panels, as well as our Variable Fiber Management systems. The LGX fibre panel can occupy rack mount spaces to accommodate dozen fiber adapter panels. These plates supports LC, SC, ST, FC, E2000 and MTP/MPO for high density solutions.

The MPO adapter plates are made to fit all Nexconec LGX fiber management solutions, including rack mount patch panels and wall mount boxes, supporting MTP/MPO for high density solutions.
This MPO adapter plate can accommodate up to 8 or 12 MPO adapters with options of key-up to key-down, or key-up to key-up, which offers the flexibility to the MTP/MPO trunk to adapts different installation requirements with various polarities. The recessed adapters mounted in the plate gives the better bending radius when routing the MTP/MPO trunks cables.
Each MPO fiber adapter plate comes with protective caps made of polycarbonate to prevent dust and debris from entering.

This LGX Module keystone jack plate can adapt to all categories of Nexconec keystones jacks which are fully compliant with ANSI/TIA/EIA 568A-B.2.2001, ISO/IEC11801:2002 and EN50173-2 standards.
